Also, if you are new to the UK and want to upskill yourself and learn more about the workforce here in the UK. There are various topics covered over the 3 consecutive courses; - Life in the UK - Jobs and work in the UK - Driving theory - Confidence building Feel confident stepping into the workforce. This course will provide you with the soft skills required to get that job and give you the confidence and self-esteem to sell what you have to offer to potential employers.

This course will aim to explore the lives of some extraordinary Russian women and their contributions to World History and Culture through various mediums. The women mentioned is this course not only contributed heavily to Russian history and culture but also the world.

Take your first steps towards learning how to communicate in English in a friendly and welcoming class. Please note that this class is only available for learners whose children attend Woodnook Primary School for safeguarding reasons. This is the second course of two which will help you to learn ESOL whilst your children are in class. The course will run alongside in term 3 and continue to the summer holidays. The course will test your English level at the start and then the tutor will work with you to improve your language skills including; speaking, listening, reading and writing.

This is a General English class aimed at Pre-Intermediate (or high elementary (A2/B1)) level learners. This course is for those whose first language is NOT English and in it we will practice all four major skills in each session to develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Although this is a low-level English course, learners should be able to follow a simple conversation and read simple lines of text prior to joining so that they will not struggle. Lessons will be delivered face-to-face using a range of teacher led and freer interactive activities to build learners’ proficiency and confidence in the English language.

During this friendly and creative course, you will continue to develop and collect your artistic ideas in sketchbook form. You will increase your skills in drawing, painting, collage, note taking and sticking, in reference to inspirational material. You will also continue to generate your own personal visual language as a starting point to generate larger work. This inspiring course will encourage you to become more experimental with colour. You will make a colour wheel and paint swatches in your sketchbook, as well as looking at different artists, using a variety of colour palettes.

You will be able to take your time to produce a major piece or pieces of work.
